Technical Requirements
To provide an engaging and smooth experience for your audience, here are the preferred technical requirements for Bob's presentations.
Presentation Format
Bob uses PowerPoint for his presentations and will send the final file in advance. He will also bring a backup copy on a USB stick and will have his own laptop as a fallback.
Multimedia
Bob uses video in his presentations, so please ensure high quality sound capability is available for video playback.
Microphone
For optimal audio, Bob prefers a lapel or head microphone depending on room size and setup. He prefers to move around on stage and so no podium or lecture is required.
Control
A clicker with a laser pointer is requested to advance and highlight slides.
Comfort Monitor
If available, a comfort monitor is helpful, though not essential.
Time Display
Bob is always keen to keep to time, so a visible clock or timer is ideal.
