Overview
Effective leadership and followership go hand-in-hand. To truly understand one, you must embrace the other. My workshops begin by exploring the current dynamics within your team or organisation, helping you map out key perceptions and uncover the underlying influences. Through half- or full-day facilitated sessions, I empower your team to build stronger connections, develop their individual skills, and drive collective success.

Approach
Whilst a keynote speech will often set the tone and change the way you think about leadership, sometimes you need to go deeper, especially if you have a team of people needing more in-depth development. My workshops are always designed with your specific requirements in mind and focus on outcome driven, highly interactive sessions that are informative, developmental, and fun. I typically work with groups of up to 30 people either from a formed team or a mixed group from a similar level within an organisation, but this can always be tailored depending on your exact needs.
Content
The content of the workshops is very much dependent on your requirements, and I will always discuss this well ahead of any contracting to ensure that I can fully meet your needs. Example areas I typically cover include personal development skills such as networking, relationship development, emotional intelligence, effective leadership, presentation techniques, meeting management, team building, team maintenance, personal and team resilience, and crisis management.

Duration
Depending on your specific needs, I can develop programmes from half a day through to multi-day, multi-location events. There are no limits here. If your requirement is bigger than I can manage on my own, I have a network of fantastic associates that I can bring in to support the delivery phase.
