Bob Judson is a highly accomplished leader who rose from Royal Air Force fast-jet pilot to Air Vice-Marshal, serving at the highest levels of UK defence strategy and operations.
His leadership roles included commanding Kandahar Airfield in Afghanistan, overseeing a multinational force of 25,000 personnel, and serving as Assistant Chief of the Defence Staff (Operations), where he provided direct strategic oversight of global military operations, regularly briefing UK Cabinet Ministers and the Prime Minister.

In the corporate world, Bob became a Director at Deloitte LLP, leading high-impact crisis management and transformation programs. He played a key role in a $500M cyber transformation for a global bank and supported resilience strategy development for multiple Fortune 500 companies, ensuring they navigated complex challenges with confidence.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, Bob was personally requested by the UK Cabinet Secretary to support the No10/Cabinet Office Covid-19 Task Force, reporting directly to the Prime Minister's Office.

Bob now runs his own independent consultancy, partnering with organisations across all sectors to build high-performing teams and develop C-suite and board-level leaders. A Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society (FRAeS), Chartered Management Institute (FCMI), and Institute of Strategic Risk Management (FISRM), he brings over 45 years of leadership experience spanning the military, government, and corporate worlds.
As a qualified Personal Performance Coach, certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, DISC and Total SDI psychometric facilitator, and a TTISI EQ facilitator, Bob delivers leadership and communication strategies that drive transformation.
He is a regular facilitator at Deloitte University EMEA, where he maintains a 100% record of exceptional feedback. He also partners with KWC Global, delivering executive-level leadership and business skills training to senior leaders across multiple industries. Bob is also Deputy CEO of The Leaders' Club, a network focused on inspiring and developing the next generation of leaders by "bringing great minds together."
