Psychological, Life & Executive Coaching

Making time to focus on personal goals and exploring them in relation to the leadership is key. Many psychological and inter-personal issues impact on how we lead, or our willingness to be led. Whether its executive coaching at senior levels or development coaching for team members or future leaders, we offer a range of coaching practices. These may be one-off focus sessions, or part of a longer development programme. 

Team Exploration & Development


Leadership and followership are two sides of the same coin. You need to fully appreciate one to really make sense of the other. Understanding the identity and influences within a team or organisation starts with exploring what's already there. Mapping out key perceptions can take place through our facilitated half or whole day workshops, as well as during out experiential learning days.  

Experiential Days

Often the best way to explore leadership and group dynamics is hands-on. By getting away from familiar environments we can shift perspective and make room for new and different ways of thinking and behaving. Our experiential development days range from access to unique, challenging environments to peaceful, safe spaces to reflect and learn either as an individual or as part of a team.
